CU Buffs Speedsters Edwards and Horn Post Blazing 40-Yard Dash Times

Winter Strength and Conditioning Testing Reveals Impressive Speed

Two of the University of Colorado's most promising football newcomers have sent shockwaves through the team with their blistering 40-yard dash times posted during winter strength and conditioning testing on Monday morning.

Jimmy Horn Jr. and Dylan Edwards, both highly touted recruits, have shown exceptional speed that has caught the attention of coaches and fans alike.

Horn Jr., a wide receiver from Dallas, Texas, clocked an astonishing 441-second time in the Under Armour All-America Game's fastest man competition. Meanwhile, Edwards, a running back from Denham Springs, Louisiana, recorded an equally impressive 438-second time in the video below.

These times are particularly noteworthy as they were achieved during the offseason, when players are typically less conditioned. They hint at the potential of these young athletes as they prepare for their first season with the Buffs.

Edwards and Horn Jr.'s speed is a valuable asset for the Colorado offense, which has struggled in recent years to create explosive plays. Their ability to stretch the field and create separation from defenders will be a welcome addition to the team.

The Buffs' coaching staff is undoubtedly excited about the potential of Edwards and Horn Jr., and fans will eagerly await seeing them showcase their speed on the gridiron in the fall.
